Reviewing property assessments to ensure accuracy and fairness, identifying potential errors or discrepancies in valuation methods, and challenging assessments when necessary.
Tax Appeal Representation:
Representing property owners in tax appeals before assessment review boards, tax boards, or courts to contest property valuations and achieve reductions in property tax assessments.
Property Tax Planning:
Developing proactive strategies to minimize property tax liabilities, including exploring available exemptions, abatements, and tax relief programs, and advising clients on the best approaches to achieve tax savings.

Valuation Analysis:
Conducting comprehensive property valuation analyses using various methodologies, such as income capitalization, comparable sales, and cost approach, to determine fair market value and assess the accuracy of property assessments.
Jurisdictional Knowledge:
Understanding the property tax laws, regulations, and assessment practices specific to different jurisdictions, including state, county, and local taxing authorities, to effectively navigate the property tax system on behalf of clients.
Client Advocacy: Advocating for clients' interests and rights in property tax matters, providing expert guidance and representation throughout the assessment review and appeals process to achieve favorable outcomes.

Communication Skills:
